New Vision Laser Centers are India’s only chain of exclusive laser vision correction centers, and are proud to have pioneered the use of laser vision correction in India. This revolutionary eye care technology has the potential to reduce or completely eliminate dependence on spectacles and contact lenses to see clearly.
The highlights of the LASIK laser eye surgery are its reliability and the extremely short duration of the operation. All medical regulatory authorities, including the US FDA, have approved of this treatment. It is very popular all over the world. Around one million people are expected to undergo this treatment during the current year.
The first New Vision Laser Center was started in 1994 in Mumbai (Bombay), followed by centers in Vadodara (Baroda) (1996) and Ahmedabad (1998). Today, we have 13 centers all over India. We also have centers at Kolkata, Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Surat, Vapi and Bharuch.
All New Vision Laser Centers are manned by expert ophthalmologists and have successfully conducted over eighty thousand laser vision correction procedures over the last ten years. New Vision Laser Centers is deeply committed to the highest standards in patient care and eye care technology. To that effect, we have equipped 5 of our centers with femtosecond lasers, like the VisuMax and Intralase. This enables us to offer to our patients bladeless lasik, which is a very safe and predictable procedure. In fact, we even offer the next step, ReLEx smile, the ultimate in bladeless laser vision correction.
New Vision Laser Centers is poised for rapid growth, and we expect to have 50 centers in India within 3 years.
